Holistic Wellness Services

Psychology services including therapy and assessment (cognitive), to provide support for mental health challenges and personal growth. Specialising in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Family Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapies. Working with Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families.

Yoga Events are scheduled monthly and include psychoeducation to improve wellbeing, or sound emersion to enhance rest, or education around yoga philosophy and practice (see Timetable – Classes and Events for details and pricing).


Yoga sessions focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and strength to promote overall wellness. Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes are scheduled weekly, see Timetable – Classes and Events for details and pricing. There are Class Passes available to reduce costs and a New Student Offer.
