New student Pass: $49 for unlimited classes for a month. Valid for 4 weeks from date of purchase / excluding Centre Holidays (events are not included in the New Student Pass). Single Yoga Classes: $25 per class. 10 class pass: $200; 20 class pass: $350 (Both valid for 6 months from date of purchase).

Class Preparation: Please arrive 10 minutes early for the class in order to pay and set your equipment up. All equipment can be provided for each class or you are welcome to bring your own.

Extended Yin and Sound Emersion
This two hour Yin Yoga session is designed to help you release stress and tension from both your body and mind. The gentle soothing tunes from our local musician will also help you to distract your mind away from your worries and bring your focus onto your practice. Some psycho-education will be weaved into the session to explain how yoga and meditative practices (Mindfulness) can benefit both your physical and mental health. Classes are limited to 6 students to provide a comfortable and intimate experience, with individual assistance when needed. Cost is $30 payable by cash or bank transfer at the event or through EventBrite. Bookings essential due to limited student numbers.

Yoga for Anxiety
The program is designed to provide psycho-education and psychological tools, whilst learning mindfulness and yogic philosophy and practice, to address any symptoms of Anxiety and / or Stress. This session is an intimate and specialised class with a maximum of 6 students so that poses and skills can be adapted to suit individual needs.
During this session we will : –
- Explore Mindfulness and Yoga philosophy and how it can help ease symptoms of anxiety and stress. Learn some psycho-education around anxiety and psychological tools that can help manage the symptoms of anxiety. Explore the links between modern psychological science and Eastern Yogic and Buddhist philosophy and practice.
- Experience a yoga and mindfulness practice aimed to address anxiety symptoms both in the body and mind. Learn to increase awareness of how anxiety feels for you and some practices that you can tailor to your individual needs.
- Develop a personalised toolkit of Psychological, Yoga, and Mindfulness Skills that you can use in all situations in your life to help cope with anxiety and stress.
- Spend some time for self-reflection on how these skills can be put into practice and how you can increase your motivation to commit to your personal practice and growth.
- Leave feeling balanced physically, mentally and energetically, ready to implement new strategies in your life.
This session is open to all levels, beginners are welcome as poses can be varied and adjusted to suit all bodies. Mats and props available at the centre, bring your own if you wish. Yoga for Chronic Pain
This program is designed to provide both psychoeducation around Chronic Pain and other Chronic Illness and practical yoga exercises to help ease pain and increase mobility. It is an intimate and specialised class with a maximum of 6 students so that poses can be adapted to individual needs.
During this session we will explore the benefits of Mindfulness & Yoga for Chronic Illness. Learn how Yoga can help Neuropathic Pain & Neurological Disorders. Discuss the link between nerve pain & stress, and learn about neuroplasticity & the autonomic nervous system. We will explore the relationship between our minds and bodies, and put some “pacing principles” in place using the “Spoons Theory”. During our yoga practice you will learn about specific poses that can help Chronic Back, Neck and Shoulder Pain. You will explore how posture, relaxation, and strength can help to relieve tension and reduce pain. The session will finish with a Yoga Nidra & Mindfulness practice to leave you in a place of peace and relaxation for your weekend ahead.
This session is open to anyone experiencing any level of pain, stress and tension, however it will focus on reducing nervous system arousal for Chronic Disorders. There is a limit of 6 students per session to create space for individual needs to be accommodated. All equipment is provided. Cost is $50 payable by cash or bank transfer at the event. Deep Neuro-Nurture Retreat BALI January 16th to 23rd 2027
This retreat is designed to work through several areas of your mind, body, and spirituality. The retreat comprises of 6 sessions of mindful yoga-based acceptance and commitment therapy, a psychologically informed and evidence based practice that helps with many areas of your life. It also includes Sound Healing, Breath Work, Journaling, and Local Spiritual Practices and Cultural Activities. There will also be access to saunas and ice baths, yoga classes at Yoga Barn, and local massage facilities.
The retreat is capped at 12 people to ensure that you have enough support throughout your journey with us. It is run my myself and another experienced healer who has completed many retreats in the past. Although this retreat is not therapy, as a qualified therapist in Australia, I can be there to guide and support you on your journey with us.
During the Retreat you will receive and experience:
- 6 x 2 hour sessions of Mindful Yoga-Based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy informed Yoga Practice. Led by Liz Cooper (Australian Registered Psychologist).

- Daily Breath work sessions led by both Liz Cooper (Pranayama) and Kate Godfrey (Breath Work Coach).

Cost is $2950 for early bird payments made before the 31st of October. Cost is then $3250 for later payments. This is payable by bank transfer and can be paid in installments if previously arranged with either facilitator.
